The main differnces seems to be the wetsuit, the snorkel, the cave diver has none, the fins and storage of equipment. The cave diver has pockets the knife is located on her hip rather than the leg and the position of the torch. Also the cave diver has no weights but has a buoyancy compensation.
In actuality the recreational diver has lots of equipment hanging off whereas the cave diver is very stream lined.
